Dave N. Sykes
President
Mr. Sykes grew up building and installing custom cabinets in his family's cabinet shop. He would later go on to graduate from San Diego State University with a B.S. in Accounting.
After spending several years as the V.P. of Marketing and Purchasing with a Billion dollar company in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Sykes moved to Texas and began several successful business ventures in Houston and Dallas. He has spent the last 8 years in commercial construction focused on retail finish out, Tenant Improvement and Landlord Construction specific to the retail market.

In addition to Texas Mr. Sykes has construction experience in several states, including, North Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, and Nevada. He remains committed to on-going education and personal development in the industry.

Kevin L. Wallace
Vice President & COO
A graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University Mr. Wallace moved back to Texas in 1991. After developing his design and business talents working for several firms in the Dallas area, Mr. Wallace founded Wallace Design Group in 1996 and operated it until 2009. In 2009 Mr. Wallace closed Wallace Design Group and joined DSKW & Associates, Inc. where his talents and expertise are combined with the professionals at DSKW & Associates to form a Design /Build firm. From the beginning Mr. Wallace has insisted on balancing design and technical proficiency with business professionalism. Combining the construction services at DSKW & Associates with the design expertise only expands on the opportunities to provide a balanced service offering to our clients.

Mr. Wallace’s balanced approach to design and business professionalism has positioned SCI Design, LLC as a trustworthy provided of architecture and engineering services nationwide to our retail, medical/dental office and commercial clients.
Occasionally, Mr. Wallace can still be found sketching a design on the drafting table and t-square handed down to him by his father. |

Sandy Watson
Senior Construction Coordinator
With more than a decade of construction experience, Sandy Watson brings a unique vision to DSKW & Associates and its clients. That experience, combined with two Masters degrees, one in Administration/Supervision and one in Fine Arts, and two undergraduate degrees, give Sandy an unparalleled academic view, combined with real world experience that benefits each and every DSKW client in her portfolio. An expert in strategic planning and management, she has worked extensively with national companies, as well as with multi-tenant buildings. Sandy is OSHA 10-Hour Certified. |

Robert P. Finta, NCARB
Project Architect
Bobby Finta is a valuable member of the DSKW & Associates team. A registered architect with over 10 years of project design, documentation, management, construction administration and team management experience, Bobby emphasizes accessible and sustainable architecture in his designs. Licensed in Texas and Tennessee, his experience includes Mixed Use (Office, Commercial & Multi-Family), Multi-Family, Single-Family, Tenant finish out, Educational and other projects.
Bobby graduated from Texas Tech, with his Bachelor of Architecture, with continuing education including such areas as ADA-ABA Accessibility, Building Codes, Fair Housing and Risk Management in Architecture. His background includes more than 100 completed projects nationwide in both large architectural firm settings and independent practice. |

Dominic Crespo
Project Manager
Project Manager, Dominic Crespo, is one of DSKW & Associates' “go to” guys. With a decade of wide-ranging construction and real estate experience, Dominic has established a reputation as a problem-solver and one of those special people that bring the job in on time and on budget. He is a graduate of Michigan State University, with a degree in Building Construction Management, where he was also President of the Student Builders and Contractors Association (SBCA). His experience ranges from Single-family housing to office to retail to industrial and beyond. |
